Peoples Processing is in the business of providing, among other services, mortgage loan processing services. The processing business was acquired from Peoples Bank & Trust in 2018 and is successfully expanding the business to multiple states and clients.

Sam is a mortgage industry veteran of 25+ years of experience who brings institutional-level loan servicing experience. She spent two decades originating mortgages and/or managing origination teams and is a go-to consultant that advises mortgage processors on how to work smarter to drive down costs and close loans faster.

Sam co-founded First Rate Mortgage Group and helped the company grow to $15 million in originations in less than 6-months. Similarly, as part owner and President of Peoples Processing, a mortgage processor with a footprint in all 50-states, Sam was instrumental in leading the company to the distinction of being the fastest processor of FHA mortgages in the United States.

Mridhul Prakash

Mridhul is Co-founder and Managing Partner for Peoples Processing He spearhead the Finance responsibility in the company. He has about 20+ years’ of experience in various capacities ranging from Big 4 Consulting firms to start-ups and has played a variety of roles ranging from finance to marketing/sales to operations.

He has an unique ability to combine technology and finance for the betterment of small and mid-sized organizations. Mridhul has an MBA in Finance from the Wright State University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University

Manoj enjoys  a total of 13 years of experience in the mortgage domain. Manoj has worked on varied assignments within the Originations, Servicing, and Title  functions. Manoj has experience driving teams at multiple locations  for multiple customers. With the breadth of experience, Manoj has been an active contributor to the Transition, Knowledge Management, L&D and Center of Excellence team.

A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
